We had similar issue in Centos 7. We faced the same issue on the ipython notebook, and no solution was found on the internet. Finally, we try to clean up all the packages related to the ipython notebook, and it solved the issue for us.
We ran the following commands.
sudo yum -y clean all
sudo yum clean all
sudo rm -rf /var/cache/yum/*
Actually, we have installed lots of packages related to ipython notebook. We could not find the packages using the yum command. Hope it can help you.
The national uproar over BP’s plans to drill an exploratory well off Florida’s coast is producing a flurry of lawsuits and state legislation. A similar legal battle is now playing out in the Gulf of Mexico. BP wants to drill another well off the Louisiana coast, this one a mile deep, to assess the amount of oil and gas spewing into the Gulf and test the effectiveness of its cap on a well from earlier this year. Gov. Bobby Jindal (R) just sent a letter to BP on Tuesday asking the company to reconsider the project. BP has said it is too soon to tell what its plans are. For now, the company is “monitoring” the situation, officials say.
BP’s plan is just the latest example of how the Deepwater Horizon disaster has warped the economy of the gulf coast. Some lawmakers want to block oil drilling altogether, while others are trying to prevent any of the oil from ever reaching the sea. The battle to keep the BP well capped and a long-running fight between BP and an environmental group over the cost of the damage and the amount of oil and gas spewing into the gulf have left the region in limbo. I was recommended this blog via my cousin. I'm not sure whether this post is written by him as no one else know such detailed about my difficulty. You're amazing! Thank you!
Guess I'm the only one who truly gives a damn how somebody feels. Yep, I'm a bastard. But, you know, fuck it, I don't have to care. I'm not a victim. I don't have a dog in this race. I can just relax and stop worrying about how someone else might feel about what I'm doing or how I'm doing it. I've never been a people pleaser.

Nice read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing some research on that. And he actually bought me lunch as I found it for him smile This article really made my day. Thank you, and please keep up the great work.
Alfred II: "Gustavus!"
Adolf: "Wha?.."
Alfred II: "The King is dead!"
Adolf: "So be it! The king is dead! Long live the king!"
Some might say this line is the most important of the movie. For you, it doesn't matter. The point is that even the best magic word, if said, may not bring about the outcome you seek, or it might have unintended consequences.
Alfred II: "Wha...?"
Adolf: "The King is dead!"
Alfred II: "So be it! The king is dead! Long live the king!"
Adolf: "That's no good. The king is dead! Long live the king!"
You do not have to live through the terror and tragedy. And your action cannot change the past. But you can choose to learn and live in the moment.
What do you do when you feel helpless? And, who do you become?
It's a question with no right answer or solution.
